Harvest Flavors

The other day a friend brought a large bag of freshly
harvested squash by the house ~ gorgeous zucchini and yellow squash!
Much mor than I could use in one recipe, so I decided on
a savory squash pie.
Did you know that zucchini squash is known as courgette squash
in Britian? Neither did I!

Savory Squash Pie:

In a food processor finely chop separately:
2 zucchini ~ unpeeled
2 yellow squash ~ unpeeled
2 large jalapeno ~ seeded

In a small bowl whisk 3 eggs and a
splash of milk*
