The Most Abundant of all
Stop and Droppers!

Please allow me to introduce you to Carmen, the Ultimate Stop and Dropper!

Carmen is a dear friend and subscriber of The Painted Artichoke.
Not only is she the Ultimate Stop and Dropper,
but she is also fun, funny, incredibly smart, and kind!

Carmen has been creating cards for about three years now and was inspired by her mom, Frances.
Frances was thoughtful in sending cards to family and friends and wrote beautiful thank you notes.
(I was fortunate to be the recipient of one or two to those thank you notes…)

After her mom passed away, Carmen felt moved to continue this deliberate and gracious tradition,
but has taken it a step further ~ 600 steps further, in fact!

Carmen began an incredible and generous endeavor and began crafting her own cards. Initially, she was embellishing the inside of store-bought cards, when a friend of Frances’ introduced Carmen
to card making. As they say, the rest is history!

Carmen still purchases an occasional card but prefers crafting her own.
The small task of continuing her mom’s legacy has grown into an
impressive effort!

Carmen now creates and shares approximately 600 cards
to family and friends each year.
Remarkable!

I mentioned Carmen in the last edition of the Painted Artichoke, because of her
thoughtfulness and frequent Stop and Drops.
However, Carmen is obviously the exception to the rule!

Amanda, another great friend and subscriber was Stop and Dropped by her neighbor,
With a bowl of Brussel sprouts!

And I Stopped and Dropped a neighbor with homemade bread,
her husband passed away a year ago.
”Miss” Barbara and “Mr.” Jack are incredibly special
to our family, as they have helped in creating very special memories for us.

Once again, your Stop and Drop effort can be a simple as a sticky note on a front door or dropped in the mail. The entire point of the Stop and Drop is to create:

The smallest surprise…the simplest effort in making someone else’s day!

Thank you Amanda, for sharing your Stop and Shop! Unfortunately, I can’t find the photo you sent, so I had to locate a photo of Brussel Sprouts!

Please share your Stop and Drops! Just think what a wonderful day you are creating for someone else by the simple
Stop and Drop!
